As the industry faces mounting pressure to reduce emissions\, extend product life\, and implement circular systems\, the event presents a forward-thinking agenda that treats sustainable lifecycle management not as a theme\, but as a necessity. \nThe program begins with a keynote by Ciaran Little\, Vice President at Smithers\, offering insights into global market trends\, forecasts\, and the environmental challenges shaping the OTR sector. This is followed by a panel discussion moderated by Little\, where leading tire manufacturers will share their perspectives on the future and the role of sustainability in their strategies. \nLeadership development is addressed in a workshop led by Peter Flade\, Partner at All In Works\, titled “Learn to Let Go.” This session focuses on empowering teams to take ownership and drive sustainable change through autonomy and accountability. \nSafety and service are explored in a session supported by KLINGE and moderated by CEO Al Klinge\, which highlights how integrating safety into field services can enhance reliability\, uptime\, and lifecycle value.
