John Fleming joins LWB Machinery North America as national sales manager

North Huntingdon, PA – LWB Machinery North America announced that John Fleming has been hired as national sales manager. Fleming has been in the rubber industry for as long as he can remember. He started at Hamilton Mold & Machine, Inc., working holiday breaks from school, and eventually learning every aspect of the business throughout his career. He spent the last 15 years working directly with customers to develop manufacturing processes to best fit the changing industry.  Fleming brings his 25 years of industry knowledge and his appreciation for the challenges facing businesses with him to his new position as national sales manager at LWB Machinery N.A.

Fleming’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Case Western University.
