November 10 – Course: Rubber Explained: This course was designed for sales and executives working in the rubber industry. Centered around practical explanations and basic fundamentals, this is the perfect course for the non-technical individual.
November 16 – Course: Compounding Fluoroelastomers: Fluoroelastomers are a class of synthetic elastomers that exhibit exceptional heat and fluids resistance when compared to other ‘hydrocarbon’ elastomers. Fluoroelastomers are used where other elastomers will not work. This course will give participants a good understanding of fluoroelastomers, properties and usage.
November 22, 29, December 6 & 13 (four-part course) – Course: Final Safety Program: Learn how to not only identify the potential hazards but how to go about mitigating those hazards with the end result in a detailed lab safety manual. Several OSHA standards, as well as other likely subscribed guidelines will be covered.
December 2 – Course: An Introduction to Continuous Vulcanization: This course was developed for rubber industry employees who currently use Continuous Vulcanization (CV) processes and wish to expand their knowledge or those who wish to gain insights into these processes and how they can be used.
December 7-10 – Endurica Workshop: Application of Rubber Fatigue Analysis with Endurica Software: This course shows how Endurica software can be applied to virtually evaluate fatigue performance and solve design issues at the concept stage. After this course, you will be ready to use the software to diagnose and solve fatigue issues.
December 8 – Course: Hazardous Communication: This course will give the participant an understanding of the current HAZCOM Globally Harmonized System.
December 17 – Course: Preincident Planning: This course is centered on the before an incident happens. Several OSHA standards as well as other likely subscribed guidelines will be covered.
