Rubber Division and Cellulose & Renewable Materials Division partnering for joint session at the ACS National Spring Meeting

Akron, OH – The Rubber Division, ACS is partnering with the ACS Division of Cellulose & Renewable Materials to organize a joint session “Cellulose-Derived Reinforcing Fillers and Additives for Sustainable Elastomer Composites” at the ACS National Spring Meeting March 26-30, 2023 in Indianapolis, IN. Abstract deadline is November 6, 2022.

As the global elastomer industry transitions away from non-sustainable materials and processes, new opportunities for research and innovation emerge. Cellulose and its derivatives hold great promise for the development of sustainable elastomer composites.
