Ohio Rubber Group looking for small rubber curing press to purchase for donation to local high school

Akron, OH – The Ohio Rubber Group is looking to purchase a small rubber curing press so they can donate it to Stow High School’s Polymer Lab.

Help support this student outreach initiative by providing any leads regarding where the Ohio Rubber Group can purchase a small rubber curing press that meets the specs above. It will provide valuable hands-on experience for the students at this school who will hopefully one day be professionals in our great industry.

Suggested Specifications:
Clamping Force Range: 20-40 tons
Electric Heating
Safety Features Such as Two Hand Controls
Minimum Platen Size: 10” x 10”; Maximum Platen Size: 16” x 16” (to be used to cure 6” x 6” test plaques)
