Ewing, NJ – R.E. Carroll Inc., announced the acquisition of RHD Polymer and Chemical LLC, effective February 1, 2023.

R.E Carroll Inc.(www.recarroll.com) is a 97 year old privately held company based in Ewing NJ. We distribute raw materials and petroleum products used in the adhesives & sealants, coatings, and rubber industries from our 6 warehouse facilities strategically located in Dalton GA, Elizabeth NJ, Ennis TX, Ewing NJ, and Kent OH.

RHD Polymer and Chemical LLC(www.rhdpolymerandchemical.com), established in 2002, is a privately held Company based in Louisville KY serving the elastomer and plastics industries with specialty Elastomers and additives.

RHD Polymer and Chemical will continue to operate as a subsidiary of R.E. Carroll Inc. for the immediate future.
