Zochem promotes Seth Johnson to global director of sales and marketing

Dickson, TN – Zochem announced the promotion of Seth Johnson to the position of Global Director of Sales and Marketing. In this new role, Johnson will lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts worldwide.

“Seth’s leadership and deep knowledge of our industry have been invaluable to Zochem,” said Mohit Sharma, President & CEO of Zochem. “We’re thrilled to have him take on this new role, where he can continue to drive our growth and success. Seth worked closely with Ed Smith, who recently retired, so he was up-to-speed quickly.”

Seth led Zochem’s export efforts for five years by partnering with multinationals on five continents. He has effectively marketed Zochem’s value proposition in Europe and Asia to meet global procurement requirements for a variety of end users. Sharma added, “During the pandemic, he supported all of our customers with an understanding of their economic limitations and supply chain constraints. His experience and tenacity in leveraging business partnerships within and outside of Zochem have also helped him progress in his career. Seth is a collaborative team builder and his contagious nature is aligned with Zochem’s growth plans in 2023 and beyond.”

Johnson, who joined Zochem in 2016, has 10 years of regional sales experience in industrial fields. Before joining Zochem, he held the position of Southeast Regional Sales Manager for a plastics manufacturer. “I’m excited about this new opportunity and to continue working towards Zochem’s success,” said Johnson. “I’m honored to work with Zochem’s “Dream Team,” and look forward to a bright future.”

Seth, who resides in Nashville, is a Bachelor of Science graduate of the University of Kansas in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys cheering for his favorite sports teams and spending time with his family and friends.
