Mechanical Rubber acquires Griswold’s engineered cellular rubber line

Warwick, NY – Mechanical Rubber has acquired the Griswold™ engineered cellular rubber product line and Moosup, Connecticut facility from Rogers Corporation. The “new” company is called Griswold™ Products and is operating with all of Griswold’s capabilities continuing in their historic location.
Mechanical Rubber provides engineered elastomer, polymer and metallic solutions and is AS9100D / ISO9001:2015 / DDTC certified, and also certified MBE, DBE and SBA company, as well as NIST SP 800-171 compliant.
