Arkema donates time and money with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia

King of Prussia, PA – Arkema has partnered with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia for a sponsorship at the Community Builder level. Through its three-year sponsorship, Arkema will provide a total of $330,000 in funding, donate its sustainable building products and offer its technical expertise, and contribute employee volunteers to help build homes in addition to other programs to support Philadelphians. Arkema’s contributions will help Habitat Philadelphia to increase homeownership rates for people of color, creating strong and stable communities.

“Arkema shares Habitat Philadelphia’s vision of a city where everyone has a decent place to live,” said Corinne O’Connell, CEO, Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia.

“While Arkema has supported Habitat Philadelphia for many years, we look forward to working with them as dedicated partners to continue to build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. Together, we will transform communities.”

“Philadelphia is a city that we love and a big part of our story, with Arkema’s roots in the region dating back to the 1800s. We’re proud to partner with Habitat Philadelphia to provide local families with healthy, affordable homes. Supporting our communities is core to Arkema’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ambition and our values. This partnership allows us to give back to our hometown in many ways and we’re excited to demonstrate how Arkema Builds Community.” said regional leader Tony O’Donovan, Arkema North America.
