The Association for Rubber Products Manufactures welcomes four new Board Member
Indianapolis, IN – The Association for Rubber Products Manufactures (ARPM) recently welcomed four new Board Members: Cedric Glasper the President of Mechanical Rubber, Jeffrey Leach the President / Chairman of Passaic Rubber Company, Caitlin Steele the Senior Director of Global Marketing and Communications at Gates, and John Stone the Technical Sales Manager of The Rubber Group.
Glasper, Leach, Stone, and Steele bring leadership expertise and a wealth of knowledge to ARPM. As Steele stated, “I am thrilled to join the Association for Rubber Products Manufactures (ARPM) Board of Directors, a distinguished organization at the forefront of the rubber industry. At Gates, we are driven to push the boundaries of materials science, which often includes rubber materials. Rubber products touch various aspects of our lives, from daily essentials to cutting-edge technologies. I believe that, together, we can drive positive change and foster growth within the industry.”
Additionally, Stone added, “I’m really looking forward to working with a group of dedicated professionals in an organization that has been a great resource to our company for many years. Being able to help fellow processors on issues that affect us as a group will be really rewarding and I’m very much looking forward to it.”
Leach expressed; “After 45 years in the rubber manufacturing arena, I have spent a considerable amount of time on various rubber trade boards. Giving back to an industry that has served me well, promotes growth, and knowledge transfer to all organization company and members. I look very forward to working with all of the other professional board members of ARPM.”

ARPM would also like to extend immense gratitude to Marel Riley-Ryman who has completed her term on the ARPM Board of Directors as Treasurer. Riley-Ryman has made a lasting impact in the rubber manufacturing industry through her time on the Board of Directors. ARPM is grateful for her service and the time dedicated to the association.
