Global OTR Conference 2025 concludes in Antwerp with strong international turnout and industry breakthroughs
Antwerp, Belgium – The Global OTR Conference 2025, organized by Antwerp-based consultancy 102psi, wrapped up on October 3 after three days of dynamic presentations, workshops, and networking. Held at the Hilton Old Town in Antwerp, the event welcomed 160 delegates from six continents, representing the full Off-The-Road (OTR) tyre value chain — from manufacturers and service providers to end-users and recyclers.
The conference opened with a market outlook by Smithers and a high-profile Tyre OEM Panel featuring executives from Yokohama, Ascenso, Linglong, Triangle, Techking, and Continental. Safety was a recurring theme, with daily tips from Klinge’s Roy Galyer and a powerful testimonial from BHP’s Goonyella Riverside Mine.
A standout moment came with the global launch of Rim-Lock Innovations’ Rim Un-Lock tool, a breakthrough in wheel assembly safety. Panels on tyre repair, service excellence, and extended service technologies — including contributions from Kal Tire, AME International, Esco, Just Easy Tools, Klinge, Carpenter, Las Zirh, Erlau, Tyresense, and TMS — showcased the sector’s commitment to innovation and safety.
The final day focused on sustainability, with panels on retreading and recycling moderated by Retreading Business Magazine. Participants included Vipal, Roessler, TRIB, KalTire, Tech-Salvadori, and Gradeall.
102psi announced that the Global OTR Conference will be featured on the “Tire Stage” at The Tire Cologne in June 2026, further cementing its role as a leading platform for global OTR industry dialogue.
