Petlas expands summer portfolio with the Prime Comfort pattern

Ankara, Turkiye – Petlas has expanded its summer tire portfolio with the introduction of the new Prime Comfort pattern, now available in 15”, 16”, and 17” sizes. Developed for passenger cars, Prime Comfort is designed to deliver a smooth, quiet, and well-balanced driving experience.

Engineered with a strong focus on comfort oriented performance, Prime Comfort combines balanced handling with low noise levels (maximum 69 dB) and reliable grip in both dry and wet road conditions. Its optimized tread profile promotes even wear throughout the tire’s lifespan, while low rolling resistance contributes to improved fuel efficiency and enhanced driving comfort.

Dense lateral grooves on the shoulders improve traction and wet braking performance, while wider inner drainage grooves and four circumferential channels efficiently evacuate water, helping to reduce the risk of aquaplaning. A specially developed tread compound supports consistent wet performance, achieving A or B wet grip label ratings.

On dry roads, the pattern’s rigid outer shoulder design and narrow groove structure deliver improved cornering stability and confident handling. This well-balanced construction enables Prime Comfort to perform reliably across a wide range of everyday driving scenarios, from city traffic to longer summer journeys.
