Miguel Oseguera named president of Simtech Silicone Parts

Miramar, FL — SIMTEC Silicone Parts, Inc., has appointed Miguel Oseguera as President, effective April 29, 2026. Oseguera will lead company operations from SIMTEC’s headquarters in Miramar, Florida.
Oseguera brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in the silicone molding industry. He joins SIMTEC from Freudenberg, where he held multiple leadership roles over 19 years, most recently serving as Global Segment Director. In his leadership role at SIMTEC, Mr. Oseguera will focus on strengthening SIMTEC’s customer relationships, advancing operational capabilities, and driving sustainable growth—particularly within the healthcare and medical sectors.

Founded in 2002, SIMTEC Silicone Parts, Inc. specializes in advanced silicone injection molding, offering vertically integrated manufacturing and expertise in complex single- and multi-material components. The company operates a Class 8 clean room and maintains ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 certifications, supporting customers in healthcare, medical, automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
