Troester Machinery relocates Spadone Machine to Ohio facility

Cuyahoga Falls, OH – In April of this year, TROESTER Machinery, Ltd. made a significant ownership investment in SPADONE Machine, LLC, a renowned manufacturer of machinery for the tire, technical rubber goods, and recycling industries. This strategic partnership expands TROESTER’s product portfolio and strengthens its position as a comprehensive, single-source supplier to the global rubber and tire industry.

Founded in 1917, SPADONE Machine earned a global reputation as the pioneer of bias cutters and machinery for belt and ply material production. Over its more than century-long history, SPADONE Machine has supplied thousands of machines worldwide, establishing itself as an industry standard for reliable equipment and innovative engineering—including bias cutting systems, bale cutting systems, web handling, automatic white sidewall grinders, and numerous other specialized machines.

As part of this new partnership, SPADONE Machine has relocated its operations to Ohio, USA, where it now shares a facility with TROESTER Machinery, Ltd. A dedicated, integrated team at the Ohio facility is committed to carrying SPADONE Machine’s long-standing legacy forward while driving future technical innovation.
By combining SPADONE Machine’s proven designs and specialist niche expertise with TROESTER’s large-scale engineering excellence, global sales network, and deep customer relationships, the partnership creates immediate opportunities to develop innovative, complementary solutions that deliver additional value to customers worldwide.
