RDAbbott’s documentary on the rubber industry to air on Fox Business Network

Garden Grove, CA – Thursday, May 26, and Sunday, May 29, RDAbbott’s Viewpoint video documentary on the rubber industry will air on Fox Business NetworkStarting this week. RDAbbott will educate TV audiences about the past, present, and future of the rubber industry through a five-minute documentary filmed by the Viewpoint Project and hosted by actor Dennis Quaid.

The Viewpoint Project is comprised of an experienced team of creative professionals who produce educational content exclusively for Public Television stations. RDAbbott was selected to participate because of its passion for education and extensive knowledge and firsthand experience with rubber formulation and fabrication.

“We are humbled and excited about this opportunity,” said RDAbbott’s CEO Keith Thomas, who appears in the documentary along with Jerry McCall, Vice President of Sales and Marketing; Rick Ziebell, Vice President of Technology and Technical Fellow; and Gerardo Ramirez, Jr., former RDAbbott intern.

Their commentaries accentuate a few applications and markets where rubber is essential. Markets like transportation, aerospace, construction, and healthcare, where corresponding applications are improving fuel efficiencies, reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, and contributing to medical breakthroughs.
