Alpha Technologies launches new, content rich website
Hudson, OH – While many of Alpha Technologies’ instruments are still in service after 40 years, a website is typically not so long-lived. That’s why Alpha Technologies is excited to announce the launch of its new website, on May 3rd. The new site replaces one developed a number of years ago, under a previous management team.
“Our new website revitalizes the Alpha brand as a leader in applying rheology science and engineering for the rubber and polymer world,” states Neil Friery, President. “Our website will especially focus on our global network of scientists, engineers and field support personnel, who make up one of our most compelling value propositions. Wherever your polymer testing takes place, there are Alpha-trained, Alpha-employed team members to support your instruments and applications, either on a local level or from our headquarters in Hudson, Ohio.”
In addition to a new look and functionality, Alpha’s new website will feature richer content, written by Alpha team members, to help customers derive the most value from their Alpha instruments and software. “We have a wealth of technical papers and application notes that we feel should be shared to a broader audience,” states Jayson Humble, Senior Director, Marketing and Business Development. “For example, a new blog post “A Faster Test for Key Tire Performance Predictors,” by applications engineer Richard Hanzlik, gives readers a look at how new methods can make testing faster and easier in production and in the lab. Over the next few months, we will be populating the Knowledge Hub of the new site with much more content, including case studies, webinars and expert articles.”
The new website will also include a fully integrated global directory of contact information, to help customers locate the Alpha Technologies support personnel nearest them. An interactive timeline traces the evolution of the company from its founding in 1964 as Monsanto Instruments and Equipment, to its latest technology advancements.
“Future iterations of the website will include a customer-only resource center and an ecommerce portal for our genuine OEM parts and consumable products,” states Humble. “We will continue to expand the content and functionality of our new website to provide customers with reliable information from our team of experts and to create a seamless customer experience.”
