ARPM appoints new board members

Indiana, IN – The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM) recently welcomed Diya Garware Ibanez, Chairperson and Managing Director – Fulflex Inc, Jon Meighan, President – Lake Erie Rubber & Manufacturing and Brandon Robards, President – Ace Extrusion to their Board of Directors.

Ibanez, Meighan and Robards bring a new wealth of leadership and experience to ARPM. As Meighan explained, “Being an active member of ARPM has allowed Lake Erie Rubber to connect with other industry leaders to share best practices and create new partnerships. Those experiences have resulted in improvements to our operations and new opportunities that we wouldn’t have otherwise experienced.”

Additionally, Ibanez said, “As a new board member at ARPM, I am fortunate to have an opportunity to share a seat with some of the brightest minds in the rubber industry. I am excited to bring to the table varied points of view to the rubber industry. I look forward to being part of this community at ARPM, and contributing to change and innovation within the rubber sector.”

Robards explained, “Membership in ARPM the past several years has been beneficial to our company, and I am looking forward to serving on the board with our industry’s leaders.”
