ARPM appoints new board members
Indianapolis, IN – The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM) recently welcomed Aaron Clark, Chief Chemist – Danfoss, Bill Bernardo, Director – Ebco Inc., Ryan Fleming, Americas MT Laboratory Operations Manager – Freudenberg-NOK, and Rich Balka – President, Home Rubber Company to their Board of Directors.
Clark, Bernardo, Fleming and Balka bring a new wealth of leadership and experience to ARPM. As Balka explained, “I waited a few years to join ARPM to make sure they had staying power in the industry. Now, I’m excited to have the opportunity to avail my company of their knowledge base, expand Home Rubber’s peer network and to be a part of growing and sustaining this fine organization.”
Additionally, Bernardo said, “I am excited to join the ARPM Board to share my experience in the rubber industry and learn from our vast membership.”
ARPM also would like to extend immense gratitude to the four Board members who have completed their terms. Charlie Braun of Custom Rubber, Dave Jentzsch of Blair Rubber, Mike Smith of Basic Rubber and Plastics, and Joe Walker of Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies have all made a lasting impact in the rubber manufacturing industry through their time on the Board. ARPM is grateful for their service and the time they dedicated to the association.
