ASTM International Committee honors Mike Warner with distinguished service award

W. Conshohocken, PA – ASTM International presented a Distinguished Service Award to Mike Warner for his contributions to committee D11 on rubber and rubber-like materials.

The award is among the most prestigious honors offered by the committee, conferred for outstanding participation and dedication. Warner was recognized specifically for his more than 26 years of distinguished service and maintenance of international standards for the rubber industry, as well as his diligent subcommittee work.

A long-time ASTM International member, Warner had been previously honored with a Distinguished Service Award. Though he retired from professional work in 2020, he previously worked at CCSi, Inc. in Akron, Ohio for several decades. He also received an education in Ohio at such institutions as Ohio State University and Akron University, alongside other schools outside of the state.
