BKT to exhibit at WastExpo in Las Vegas

Copley, Ohio – For the first time, BKT will exhibit at the WastExpo, scheduled from May 10-12, 2022 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. At booth #1337, several heavy-duty tires will be showcased representing the famous BKT EARTHMAX All-Steel radial tire range.

BKT has been able to find solutions even for the most demanding and toughest operating conditions in recycling applications with specially designed products for loaders and material-handling machinery. The tires used in this sector not only have to meet the requirements of resistance and durability, but they must also offer stability to the equipment and a certain level of comfort to the operator.

The first solution on display is EARTHMAX SR 53, designed for loaders, dozers, and low profile dump trucks (LPDT) that operate in severe rocky conditions like scrap yards and even underground mines. The deep L-5 tread gives extra traction and stability, and the cut-resistant compound gives increased durability.

Then the popular EARTHMAX SR 41, multi-purpose tire for loaders, dump trucks, and dozers. The All-Steel radial design and special block pattern tread provide excellent resistance to punctures and extended tire life. It has deep traction that adds to the durability and prevents unnecessary downtime and delays.

Another specific tire for loading, dozing and scraping is EARTHMAX SR 55, which features a smooth tread design for peak productivity and extra durability. The design gives additional protection thanks to the cut resistant compound, which is especially helpful in waste facilities and scrap yards.

EARTHMAX is the BKT branded radial tire range, which has been specifically engineered to favor an optimized load distribution on the ground for dumpers, wheel loaders, dozers, graders and some multipurpose vehicles. Over the years, the EARTHMAX product family has become more and more extensive to meet the most demanding customer needs. Today, there are almost forty different tire patterns within this range multiplied by numerous sizes and versions that can easily operate on the most extreme terrains such as those found at large construction sites, quarries and mines.
