Bridgestone Americas (Bridgestone) announced that professional race car driver Tom O’Gorman will compete on Bridgestone Potenza RE-71RS tires in the World Racing League (WRL) Grand Touring Over (GTO) class during the 2024 season. O’Gorman will race a 2012 Porsche 987 Cayman equipped with Bridgestone Potenza RE-71RS tires and wrapped in a special Bridgestone livery in the WRL, which continues April 5-7, 2024, at Mid-Ohio in Lexington, Ohio.

The redesigned Series 800 produces flawlessly smooth extrusion and layer definition of Fluoropolymer and other materials for all multi-layer, multi-lumen medical tubing, as well as fuel line constructions, multi-layer PEX pipe and drip irrigation applications, among others. The Guill design further allows thin layer combinations of polymers and adhesives to .02mm or less.

A total of 22 non-profit organizations received grants based on their close alignment with the company’s geographic footprint and its evolving business strategy as a sustainable mobility solutions company.
