ContiTech launches production at new hydraulic hose plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico

Continental’s group sector ContiTech has officially started production at its new hydraulics manufacturing facility in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The $90
million investment represents a major step in the company’s strategy to strengthen local supply chains, increase regional production capacity and bring innovative fluid power solutions closer to customers in the region.

The new 900,000 square feet site will manufacture high-performance hydraulic hoses for a wide range of industrial and mobile applications, including construction, agriculture, mining and energy sectors.

Regent acquires Original Equipment Solutions from ContiTech

Continental announced the sale of its ContiTech business area Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) to Regent. The transaction is subject to antitrust approval. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price and further details. The sale is part of the ContiTech group sector’s strategy to focus even more on industrial customers. First of five pyrolysis reactors delivered to tire recycling plant in Uddevalla

The delivery and installation of pyrolysis reactors have begun as planned at the tire recycling facility being constructed by Enviro outside Uddevalla. The first of five reactors has arrived, with the remaining units scheduled for delivery through week 39.

These reactors are central to the facility’s operations, where end-of-life vehicle tires are processed to recover valuable materials such as carbon black, oil, and steel.

Legislation underway to protect Tennessee roads and jobs, backed by Rep. Mary Littleton and Zochem

Efforts have commenced in preparation for legislation to be filed in the Tennessee General Assembly to improve road safety and to protect manufacturing jobs across the state, an initiative backed by State Representative Mary Littleton (R-Dickson) and Zochem.
