Olin Corporation and Huntsman Corporation announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals to create a leading North American chemicals company. Effective July 1st, 2026, Laurent Tellier will be appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Arkema, reporting to Thierry le Hénaff, replacing Marc Schuller who is retiring.
