The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company will report fourth quarter and full-year 2023 financial results after market close on Monday, Feb. 12, followed by an investor conference call at 8:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
The Company will publish its results in the form of an Investor Letter on its investor relations website: http://investor.goodyear.com on Feb. 12. The following morning, the Company will host an investor call that will focus on questions and answers.

Prior to this appointment, Shank was director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Americas business unit. He joined Goodyear in 2008 and has held numerous roles in finance in the Americas.

Yokohama Tire Corporation announced that EVP of Sales & Support Stan Chandgie has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, effective April 1, 2024.

In his new role, Chandgie will retain oversight of consumer and commercial sales, and add marketing, tire business planning, and supply chain/logistics to his responsibilities. Chandgie will continue to report to Jeff Barna, YTC’s President and CEO.

Prior to her time with SRNA, she earned her undergraduate degree and Master of Organizational Management at Bluffton University, completing a dissertation on Leadership in Multinational Organizations.

Sumitomo Rubber North America, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., announced the promotion of Cliff Stewart to Director of Commercial Truck Tires.

Stewart has over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, holding positions in business development, marketing, and sales & purchasing. He has spent 18 of those years in the tire industry, including the past eight years with SRNA.

Sumitomo Rubber North America, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., announced that Carlos Arguello has been named National Sales Manager (East) for Commercial Truck tires.

Arguello has been with SRNA for over 15 years, working in corporate retail, regional and national wholesale, and international sales in the Caribbean and Mexico. Most recently, Arguello worked as a Strategic Account Manager. Prior to joining SRNA, Arguello earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Florida International University.

The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced that it has revised its Biodiversity Guideline and published the revised Guideline on the Company’s Sustainability website in December 2023. This revision was made in support of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework, which has global targets for biodiversity. With this revision, the Company will further accelerate company-wide efforts to achieve a nature positive world.
