Grand River Rubber and Plastics, a 100 percent employee owned lathe cut washers, tubular gaskets, flat drive belts and wastewater treatment membrane manufacturer in Ashtabula, Ohio, has acquired the lathe cut gasket and seal division of ASC Engineered Solutions, LLC (dba Ashtabula Rubber Company). Teams at both companies are already working together and a target date of July 1st, 2023 is set for all orders to be produced and shipped out of Grand River Rubber’s facility in Ashtabula, Ohio

BlueBotics, a ZAPI GROUP company specializing in vehicle automation, will stage a compelling, multi-brand automated vehicle demonstration in the ZAPI GROUP/BlueBotics booth (#6B61 in hall 6). This demo will include: two autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), two automated pallet trucks, and a larger forked automated guided vehicle (AGV) in simultaneous operation, all managed simultaneously by the company’s mission and fleet management software, ANT server.

RPM International Inc. announced a new strategic academic and vocational partnership between RPM and Cleveland State University (CSU). The partnership will provide world-class graduate-level education at discounted rates for three current environmental graduate programs: Master of Arts in Environmental Studies, Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, and Master of Science in Environmental Science. Despite the challenging macroeconomic environment, Continental achieved its adjusted sales and earnings target in fiscal 2022.
