Cold Jet has signed a letter of intent to acquire Aquila Triventek’s dry ice activities, a Danish company that specializes in developing innovative dry ice cleaning, production and CO2 recovery systems.

Yokohama Tire Manufacturing Virginia, LLC (YTMV) announced it has agreed in principle on a new four-year contract with United Steelworkers (USW) Local 1023. Tetsuro “Tex” Murakami, president of Salem, Virginia-based YTMV, made the announcement.
