T-PLAS postponed until February 2022

The next staging of T-PLAS, The International Trade Fair for the Plastics and Rubber Industries, has been moved to February 9-12, 2022, at BITEC in Bangkok, Thailand. The event was originally scheduled for September 2021. As one of the region’s leading trade fairs for the plastics and rubber industries, T-PLAS will now be strategically held concurrently with several other exhibitions from the Messe Düsseldorf Asia portfolio, including Pack Print International, Medical Fair Thailand, Wire and Tube Southeast Asia and the inaugural editions of CorruTec Aia, GIFA and METEC Southeast Asia.

SyBridge Technologies completes acquisition of Toolplas Systems

Yokohama’s ADVAN Sport to be original equipment on BMW’s M3 sedan and M4 coupe

The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced that it is supplying its “ADVAN Sport V107” tires to BMW M GmbH as original equipment (OE) on the BMW M3 Sedan and BMW M4 Coupe, two new high-performance sports models launched globally by the German automaker. Yokohama Rubber began supplying the tires in November 2020, shipping 275/40ZR18 (103Y) size front tires and 285/35ZR19 (103Y) size rear tires. The two new models join the M5 as BMW M models using YOKOHAMA tires as original equipment.
