Ethisphere names Goodyear ‘Most Ethical Company’ for second year
Akron, OH – Goodyear is recognized again by Ethisphere for its leadership in ethics, compliance and governance. As a 2025 World’s Most Ethical Companies honoree, Goodyear is one of only seven companies in the auto industry and the only tire manufacturer on a list spanning 19 countries and 44 industries.
To achieve this recognition, Ethisphere assesses companies on data points across the following categories:
Culture of ethics
Corporate social responsibility and community impact programs
Ethics and compliance programs
Third-party management processes
A panel of experts then analyzes this data to evaluate and select the top companies, capturing best practices in business integrity from organizations worldwide.
“Doing business with integrity matters to our associates, customers, vendors, and shareholders,” said Erin Lewis, vice president and Chief Compliance Officer. “Our associates’ unwavering commitment to always doing the right thing is a guiding principle for how we conduct business around the world, and we all share in this well-deserved recognition.”
