Gabriel Rodriguez named Sr. Account Manager for R.D. Abbott de México

Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico – R.D. Abbott Co., Inc. (RDAbbott) has hired Gabriel Rodriguez as Senior Account Manager for R.D. Abbott de México de R.L. de C.V.
Rodriguez joined RDAbbott’s Mexico subsidiary on January 1, 2023, and is responsible for developing business relationships, fostering sales growth, and providing technical support to customers in the northern territories of Mexico. Rodriguez brings strong account management skills to his new role and has successfully launched products and developed technologies for other leading companies.

Before joining RDAbbott, Rodriguez sold industrial belting for Intralox Mexico and processing equipment for Haas Automation and Multivac Mexico. His career includes power generation project development for Caterpillar Mexico and account management for Iron Workers Union #24. Rodriguez is a graduate of Colorado State University where he completed numerous international sales, software, and performance enhancement programs.

Products include Buna® CB (PBR); Buna® SE and Plioflex® (ESBR); Keltan® (EPDM); Krynac® and Baymod® (NBR and NBR/PVC); Baypren® (CR); Therban® (HNBR); Taktene® (Latex); Levamelt® and Levapren® (EVM); and X_Butyl® (IIR and HIIR). RDAbbott’s Mexico subsidiary is also the only authorized distributor of Dow SILASTIC™ silicones in Mexico. Starting June 25, 2023, R.D. Abbott de México will also be the exclusive distributor of Cancarb Limited’s Thermax® brand thermal carbon black throughout México.
