International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Products announces leadership change
Houston, TX – Juan Ramon Salinas, IISRP’s Managing Director and CEO has announced his plans to retire on September 1st, 2024. Hence, Roxanna Bauza Petrovic has been elected to serve as Managing Director and CEO.
Juan Ramon joined the rubber industry thirty-five years ago, where he served as a Technical Manager for Dynasol Elastomers. This role culminated from over two decades of increasing responsibilities and advancing to lead the Sales and Marketing teams as a Global Commercial Director. This commitment to the industry continued in full force when he joined the IISRP in 2015.
Salinas said “I have had the honor and privilege of leading this great organization for nine years as CEO. I am elated by the progress of IISRP and forever grateful to our members and partners, who helped us achieve our goals.”
Roxanna brings an extensive background in the synthetic rubber industry. In her early career, she worked in quality control, engineering, and procurement for Negromex, before transferring to Dynasol, LLC as a Marketing Specialist in Houston. Upon transitioning to the Oil & Gas sector, she was invited to join the IISRP as the General Director of Programs in 2012. She holds a BS in chemical engineering, and she completed her MBA in digital marketing in 2018.
