Latex: A quick overview

I was recently asked if I would be willing to prepare and present a 45 minute seminar on the subject of latex for the Department of Food, Agriculture and Biological Engineering at The Ohio State University. They indicated that the topic could include the differences between latex and rubber, natural latex and synthetic latexes, and potential employment opportunities; a rather broad perspective on the subject.
