Danvers, MA – MAXAM Tire announces the promotions of Lester Crook to Zone Sales Director – North and Brian Dowling to Zone Sales Director – South. These strategic appointments reflect MAXAM’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and driving continued growth in the specialty tire market.

Lester Crook brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the tire industry. He began his career in the tire industry in 1997 and joined MAXAM on February 10, 2020, as a Regional Sales Manager. His exceptional performance and dedication quickly earned him a promotion to Director of Key Accounts in 2022. Now, as Zone Sales Director – North, Lester will leverage his extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth across the northern region.

Brian Dowling, who has been an invaluable asset to MAXAM since February 22, 2016, also brings a robust background in sales and business development. He initially served as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast before being promoted to National Account Sales Manager in September 2018. His performance and strategic vision led to another promotion in January 2020 to SOTR & National Account Sales Director. Prior to joining MAXAM, Brian held significant roles at Trelleborg Wheel Systems and Maine Industrial Tire, where he honed his expertise in business development and sales management. With his promotion to Zone Sales Director – South, Brian will continue to drive MAXAM’s success in the southern region, focusing on expanding market share and strengthening the company’s presence.
