MAXAM Tire launches high-performance MS600 made with EcoPoint3 compound

Danvers, MA – MAXAM Tire has taken another major leap forward in creating an unrivaled solution for the material handling industry. Introducing the latest addition in high-performance material handling tire program, the MS600 press-on solid. Transforming the industry’s standards, the series will incorporate the all-new proprietary rubber compound technology, EcoPoint3(TM), delivering revolutionary solutions to the industry. Featuring one of the most aggressive tread widths for unmatched performance, the new MS600 will be manufactured in their brand new, and fully owned state-of-the-art solid tire factory.

Boasting a five-degree sidewall taper, the new MS600 press-on solid has one of the widest tread widths in the industry delivering maximum stability, grip, and tire life. The new product line will be manufactured using a fully automated strip winding process, ensuring top quality and performance consistency. Available in an extra-wide North American tread profile, the MS600 raises the bar for industrial tires with unrivaled productivity.

Featuring a full and unique tread profile for a larger footprint area, the MS600 delivers maximum load distribution and stability when starting and stopping. It is developed with the EcoPoint3 compounding, known as the “liquid gold”, which tackles the biggest three challenges in the tire industry: rolling, skid and wear resistance. This proprietary process allows for the MS600’s masterbatches to contain less filler, higher ratios of stress at elongation, and minimum proportions of impurities, resulting in a more consistent and leading-edge compound.
