The solution also reduces assembly complexity by combining the busbars, seal and guide in one complete package that is ready for installation on the vehicle assembly line. The new product will be showcased for the first time at this week’s Battery Show in Detroit.
The Semperit Group has successfully completed the sale of its medical business to the Southeast Asian glove manufacturer HARPS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. After receiving all regulatory approvals, the closing took place as planned on, 31 August 2023, in Vienna. The purchase price for the entire medical business agreed upon signing the contract in December 2022 amounted to EUR 115 million (cash and debt free) and was subject to usual price adjustment mechanisms; the final purchase price will be determined in each case retrospectively based on the interim balance sheet as of the closing date.
Stellantis has concluded that 24 engine families in European vehicles sold since 2014, representing 28 million vehicles on the road, are ready to use advanced drop-in eFuel without any powertrain modification, following months of testing at its technical centers across Europe. The tests were conducted using surrogate eFuels provided by Aramco, one of the world’s leading integrated energy and chemicals companies.
Tokai Carbon CB will raise prices on all carbon black grades in North America effective November 1st, 2023, or as contracts allow. The company will also roll all surcharges associated with their US consent decree projects into their permanent pricing structure.
