structure is applied to a surface of the film of the vulcanized rubber/film laminate to form a vulcanized
rubber-film laminate/foam configuration. A compression force is applied at a temperature TL, wherein
TE2 < TL < TE1, 15°C ≤ (TE1 – TL) ≤ 40°C, and 10°C ≤ (TL – TE2) ≤ 70°C, to form a vulcanized rubberfilm/foam laminate.

intervention, greatly reducing the manual input and obviously improving the rubber cutting efficiency
and time economy conversion efficiency. The movable system can work alone in a whole rubber forest
with a large working area and reduces the average input cost per tree. The technical indexes of the
rubber tree, such as cutting depth, cutting skin consumption and cutting smoothness, all meet the
requirements of traditional rubber cutting technology and have good popularization and application
value.
