Q-Lab resolves trademark and copyright dispute with Qualtest International
West Lake, OH – Q-Lab announced that it has successfully resolved a trademark and copyright dispute with Qualitest International Inc. and Qualitest USA LC (“Qualitest”). As part of the resolution, Qualitest has agreed to immediately discontinue any and all use of Q-Lab’s trademark and copyrighted work, and destroy any related promotional materials. The unauthorized trademark and copyright issue related to Q-Lab’s industry-leading QUV® accelerated weathering tester.

This includes stopping the unauthorized use of our trademarks and copyrighted images, no matter where in the world it occurs. Companies that test our resolve in this area should be on notice.”
