R.E. Carroll hires technical sales representative and announces distribution agreement with Rubba Technologies

R.E. Carroll Inc. also announced a distribution agreement with Rubba Technologies Corporation of New Castle, NH, to distribute their Rubbanite line of reinforcing fillers to the marketplace. The Rubbanite products use reclaimed materials to add reinforcement and reduce the use of expensive virgin polymers in a variety of asphalt and polymer based formulations.
