Safic-Alcan opens new subsidiary in Kenya
Paris-La Défense, France – Safic-Alcan announced the expansion of its presence in Africa with the establishment of a new subsidiary office in Kenya.
The newly launched Safic-Alcan East Africa is strategically located in Nairobi to better serve the East African market, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The new office in Kenya will complement Safic-Alcan’s existing regional hubs in South Africa and Egypt, enabling the company to better cater to the needs of its growing customer base across the continent.
To spearhead the company’s efforts in the East African market, Safic-Alcan has appointed Mr. Philip Kamau as Development Director East Africa. With a degree in chemistry and a proven track record of 9 years in chemical distribution in a similar position, Mr. Kamau is the perfect fit for this crucial role.
