Silicone Expo USA co-located with IEC in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – Silicone Expo USA, organized by Select Global Events Ltd., will be held September 10-12 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA, where it will be co-located with the International Elastomer Conference, organized by the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society.

Technical conference sessions will bring together experts and innovators to share their knowledge and insights on the latest advances in silicone technology. From cutting-edge research and development to practical applications and regulatory updates, the conference aims to enhance participants’ technical skills, enabling them to stay ahead of industry trends and solve complex challenges, according to organizers.

Keynote Speakers: Gifford Shearer of Dow will present the keynote address, “Shaping a Sustainable Future Together: Circular and Lower Carbon Footprint Silicone Solutions.” Enrico Koggel of Circular Rubber Platform will present, “Bridging the Knowledge Gap with Open Innovation to Enable Rubber Circularity.” Prashant N. Kumta of The University of Pittsburgh will present, “Evolution of Materials for High Energy Density Energy Storage and Efficient Energy Conversion Systems.”
