Sumitomo Rubber North America names Maru Trevizo director of human resources

Ranco Cucamonga, CA – Sumitomo Rubber North America (SRNA) has named Maru Trevizo Director of Human Resources, overseeing both Falken Tires and Dunlop Motorcycle Tires. Both tire brands are subsidiaries of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. and are leading manufacturers of high-performance tires for cars, trucks, SUVs and motorcycles, respectively. Trevizo assumes her duties immediately.

A veteran of Human Resources and Organizational Development, she is very passionate about people and coaching leaders to lead well. Trevizo comes with more than 20 years of professional experience in human resources from a wide range of industries such as medical manufacturing, e-commerce, fashion apparel, and with extensive automotive industry experience from the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) where she also oversaw Human Resources for the aftermarket organization.

Born and raised in Mexico, Trevizo moved to the United States in her mid-twenties and is fluent in Spanish. A resident of Upland, she lives with her two sons Eli and Liam and their Goldendoodle, Zion. She enjoys volunteering in several professional and non-profit associations, cooking, hiking, spending time by the beach, reading and crafting.
