Hyundai Alcazar was launched recently on Apollo Apterra Cross tires. Within a few months of its launch, the Apollo Apterra Cross was chosen as the standard fitment tire for the Hyundai Alcazar in an 18-inch tire size. This is also the first OE fitment approval received for Apterra Cross tires, which was launched in March this year.

Subsequent to its collaboration with the Global Automotive Research Center (GARC) to pioneer the indigenization of tire labeling and certification tests in India, Apollo Tyres has now been accredited with ISO/IEC 17025 for the wet grip and coast by noise tire tests on the track.

The board of directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd. approved the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter (January to March) and the financial year 2020-21. The board recommended a dividend payout of 350 percent, to be approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, later in the year.
