Struktol to showcase FM 126 processing additive at Global Polymer Summit 2026

Stow, OH – Struktol Company of America, LLC, will feature its new STRUKTOL® FM 126 processing additive at the Global Polymer Summit 2026, taking place September 29–October 1 in Louisville, Kentucky. At Booth 439, Struktol will exhibit FM 126 for attendees looking to improve rubber mixing efficiency and overall processing performance.

FM 126 is a specially formulated processing additive designed to give rubber compounders faster, more efficient mixing without sacrificing mechanical and dynamic properties. By promoting faster filler incorporation and enhanced dispersion of carbon black, silica, and other mineral fillers, the additive supports superior dispersion in a single pass and more uniform compound properties. FM 126 lowers compound viscosity and improves flow, helping processors reduce mixing time, consolidate mixing stages, and increase throughput while maintaining high quality surface finish and reliable performance across a wide range of elastomers.

On Tuesday, September 29, at 2:55 PM EST, Mayu Si, Director of Technology-Rubber/Sales at Struktol, will present “How Can a New Processing Aid Improve Mixing Efficiency?” in Expo Floor, Theater 2 at the Global Polymer Summit. The session will examine how multi stage mixing in rubber compounding drives labor and energy demand, and how a new high performance processing aid like FM 126 can enable mixing stage reduction by enhancing filler dispersion, reducing compound viscosity, and maintaining compound physical properties. Mayu will highlight how these improvements create new opportunities to lower production costs and improve operational efficiency on the factory floor.

Struktol invites Global Polymer Summit attendees to visit Booth 439 to learn more about FM 126, discuss specific mixing and formulation challenges, and explore tailored additive solutions for rubber compounding operations.
