Bridgestone announced the debut of its all-new UltraWeather tire, a premium grand touring tire engineered to deliver confident performance across all weather conditions for sedans, minivans, CUVs, SUVs and trucks. Designed to handle seasonal weather changes, the new grand touring tire provides advanced wet traction and winter performance, verified by its three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) certification. The UltraWeather replaces the Bridgestone WeatherPeak tire and features ENLITEN™ technology to deliver extended wear life, reduced rolling resistance for improved fuel efficiency and premium performance across every season.

Valmet introduces the Valmet DNAe Optimization Suite, a scalable software suite of optimization applications designed to improve plant performance and operational efficiency. It can be delivered to process plants using control systems supplied by Valmet as well as those from other providers.

IKO has completed a solar energy installation at its Blair Rubber manufacturing facility in Seville, Ohio, developed in collaboration with Artisun Solar. The project supports Beyond™, IKO’s sustainability program focused on advancing responsible operations across its North American facilities, and communities. The installation also marks the first commercial solar project in the Village of Seville, Ohio.

Goodyear intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay, redeem or repurchase its outstanding 4.875% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “4.875% Notes”) at or prior to their maturity on March 15, 2027. Any remaining net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. As of March 31, 2026, there was $700 million in aggregate principal amount of the 4.875% Notes outstanding. Pending the repayment, redemption or repurchase of the 4.875% Notes, Goodyear intends to temporarily apply a portion of the net proceeds from this offering to repay outstanding balances under certain credit facilities.

The Friedrichshafen-based plant engineering company welcomes ORLEN OIL as a new member of the Zeppelin Sustainable Tire Alliance. As a leading lubricant producer in Central and Eastern Europe, ORLEN OIL brings expertise in lubricant technologies and rubber process oils to the alliance. With this addition, the Zeppelin Sustainable Tire Alliance, founded in 2023, strengthens its expertise across the tire recycling value chain.

The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. announced that it has begun supplying its ADVAN V61 and GEOLANDAR X-CV tires as original equipment (OE) for the new Trailseeker (European specification name: E-Outback) SUV-type battery electric vehicle (BEV) that Subaru Corporation first debuted in the U.S. in April 2025. The tires supplied in Japan and Europe are ADVAN V61 tires size 235/60R18 103H, and those supplied in North America are GEOLANDAR X-CV size 235/50R20 100V.
