Avient reports positive first quarter

Avient Corporation announced its first quarter results for 2026. First quarter GAAP earnings per share (EPS) were $0.61 compared to ($0.22) in the prior year quarter. The company noted that first quarter 2026 GAAP EPS includes special items of $0.06 and intangible amortization expense of $0.16.

First quarter 2026 adjusted EPS was $0.83 compared to $0.76 in the prior year quarter, reflecting 9% growth in adjusted EPS.

Cabot Corp reports strong jump in Q2, increases dividend
