Kisuma Chemicals has presented new test data showing that its hydrotalcite-like DHT™-4 additive can significantly enhance the heat, fluid and ageing resistance of chloroprene (CR) and epichlorohydrin (ECO) rubbers. U.S. imposes full tariffs on PET and recycled PET imports

In a major shift in trade policy, the United States has officially imposed full tariffs on imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and recycled PET (rPET), effective September 8, 2025. The decision, announced through an Executive Order signed by President Donald J. Trump, removes previous exemptions that allowed duty-free access for these materials, particularly from Southeast and South Asian countries.

New Aumovio supervisory board takes up its work 

At its constituent meeting, the Supervisory Board of AUMOVIO approved the decision of the Executive Board to press ahead with the listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is planned for September 18.

Stefan E. Buchner was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board. His deputy is Christiane Benner, chairwoman of IG Metall. The body consists of eight shareholder and employee representatives. The equal representation of shareholder and employee representatives is based on the co-determination agreement for AUMOVIO SE.
