Titan International Inc. and the Tire Industry Association (TIA) trained more than 40 technicians from 17 states during the eighth annual Advanced Ag & OTR Service Training in Truro, Iowa. The program delivered 20+ hours of classroom instruction and 12 hours of hands‑on work—equipping technicians with Titan-specific wheel and tire handling skills that shorten service times and improve on‑site safety.

Parker-Hannifin Corporation announced that it has completed its previously announced transaction to acquire Curtis Instruments, Inc. from Rehlko, for approximately $1 billion in cash.

Curtis designs and manufactures motor speed controllers, instrumentation, power conversion and input devices that complement Parker’s capabilities in electric and hybrid vehicle motors and controls, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic technologies for the mobile machinery market. Curtis expects calendar year 2025 sales of approximately $320 million.

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies today officially dedicated a new facility in Hamburg. The state-of-the-art warehouse with Autostore technology and new office space can accommodate about 120 employees. The facility sets the stage for continued growth in the region.

Continental is the first tire manufacturer to use the new Vulkanox HS Scopeblue rubber additive from LANXESS. This is the more sustainable, ISCC PLUS-certified version of the proven additive Vulkanox HS (TMQ). The product reliably protects rubber compounds during vulcanization from influences such as oxygen and heat.

HEXPOL AB has appointed Kenneth Bloom as interim President of HEXPOL Compounding Americas effective September 19, 2025. Kenneth Bloom succeeds Gary Moore, who left the company September 19, 2025. Kenneth Bloom will act as interim President until a permanent successor has been appointed.

Kenneth has previously held the position as President of HEXPOL Compounding Americas between 2020 and 2022 and before that has some 20 years of experience within the polymer industry.

Sealing manufacturer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies intends to acquire the DMH Group. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in the strategic development of the Freudenberg service business. The takeover is still pending approval by antitrust authorities.

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group company, announced plans for a new global headquarters in Zeeland, Michigan. The announcement follows a strategic meeting in Tokyo between Hitachi, Ltd. (“Hitachi”) executives, JR Automation leadership, and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation, global collaboration, and investment in Michigan’s advanced manufacturing sector.

JR Automation officially broke ground on the new headquarters September 17, 2025, with construction expected to be completed by early 2027.
