Gummiwerk KRAIBURG has had a range of its compounds tested for use in hydrogen applications. In the test cycles the elastomer mixtures showed no signs of explosive decompression damage and attained approval following the SAE J2600 standard as issued by the German technical standards supervisory body, abbreviated TÜV. The approval confirms that the compounds fulfill the highest standards of quality and meet the requirements for use in hydrogen plants, systems and vehicles.

Additive Molding, a first-of-its-kind manufacturing, materials, and software technology developed by ARRIS, has been scaled from tens of thousands of parts in 2021 (Berkeley facility) to hundreds of thousands of parts in 2022 (Berkeley and Taiwan facilities). By partnering with a contract manufacturer in Malaysia, ARRIS is positioning Additive Molding for an initial production capacity of 1M+ parts per year.

The L.S. Starrett Company has promoted Mr. Michael Connor to Sales and Marketing Director North America, Industrial Products.

The compact SUV will come factory-fitted with 18 inch EcoContact 6 Q premium tires. At the Tire Technology Expo 2023, VMI launched its new VMI UNIXX Belt Maker. The VMI UNIXX Belt Maker produces high quality endless steel belts by means of an innovative and accurately controlled extrusion process that can handle a wide range of compounds.

Cabot Corporation announced the launch of EVOLVE™ Sustainable Solutions, a new technology platform for advancing sustainable reinforcing carbons.
