Continental Tire appoints Wyatt D. Hamilton Sr., as director of sales for U.S. RE Truck Tire
Fort Mill, SC — Continental Tire the Americas announces the appointment of Wyatt D. Hamilton, Sr. as the new Director of Sales for the Truck Tire Replacement division in the United States.
In his new role, Wyatt will lead Continental’s strategic initiatives to grow market share, strengthen customer relationships and drive sales performance across the U.S. replacement truck tire segment. He brings more than two decades of experience and a deep understanding of both the Replacement (RE) and Original Equipment (OE) aspects of the business.
Wyatt has been a valued member of Continental’s Truck Tire team for the last 20 years. After obtaining a degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University, he began his career at Continental as a Field Sales Representative for Truck Tires before advancing to roles as Territory Sales Manager and Key Account Manager for both RE and OE Truck Tires.
Wyatt’s leadership journey includes international experience, leading the Truck Tire OE team in Malaysia for Continental’s APAC (Asian Pacific) Market. He later returned to the Americas as head of the Pricing and Market Intelligence team, where he played a key role in shaping strategic direction. Most recently, he served as Director of OE and Strategic Accounts for the Truck Tire Division in the Americas, where he developed and executed strategies while fostering cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations and sales teams while fostering cross-continental talent development.

Wyatt will be based at Continental’s U.S. headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
