ENEOS Corporation has announced that the trade name of the former JSR elastomer business will be ENEOS Materials Corporation

Tokyo, Japan – ENEOS Corporation announces that in the acquisition of all shares of JSR Corporation’s elastomers business that is planned to take place in
April 2022, the new company—which will be established to take over JSR’s elastomers business and the shares of subsidiaries and affiliates related to this business—will be named ENEOS Materials Corporation.
