Farrel Pomini acquires UK based pyrolysis system recycler WF Recycle-Tech
Camberley, UK – WF Recycle-Tech announces that Farrel Pomini, a member of Hf Group, has acquired majority ownership of the company, increasing its stake from a minority ownership position established in 2021. This milestone further strengthens the collaboration and accelerates the global commercialization of WF Recycle-Tech’s patented tire pyrolysis technology.
